I am a math and grammar nerd who loves to create with fiber.

Over the years, I have taught people of all ages how to knit, and I love watching my students overcome the struggle of learning something new, give themselves to the practice, and grow into lifelong knitters.

On any given day you might find me working out the puzzle of making a garment that fits well, figuring out a new way to purl, or converting a knitting pattern into something different.

  • Every day I approach my technical work with enthusiasm. It makes my day to help designers expand their size range, inspire makers to improve their skills, and produce a polished, error-free product for publishers.
